Thank you for choosing Willow Bridge B&B. By making a booking to stay with us, you are entering a binding legal contract that is subject to these Terms and Conditions
PricesOur prices indicated on our website or otherwise are for the room(s) and include breakfast(s).
RestrictionsPlease note there is a maximum of 2 guests per room. We do not have facilities for young children. Willow Bridge B&B is strictly non smoking.
Minimum StaysOur normal minimum stay is 2 nights and it may be 3 nights on Bank Holiday weekends. Seven night minimum stay in Folk Week.
Payments / DepositsTo secure a stay with us, a non-refundable (but transferable) deposit of £35 per person must be paid by BACS/card or cheque made payable to Willow Bridge B&B.
Booking BalanceCan be paid by BACS or cards on arrival (no cheques accepted for balance payments).
Special RequirementsIf you or any member of your party has any special requirements, please let us know at the time of making the booking. A copy of our access statement is available upon request, or can be viewed on our website
CancellationIf you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can attempt to re-let the room.

If a cancellation is made with more than 10 days of notice from the start date of your planned stay, then the deposit may be transferred to a future booking. The future booking must be taken within 12 months of cancellation and the full tariff may be required at the time of making the fresh reservation.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, then a charge equal to 75% of the full cost will be made. If we are able to re-let the room for part of your remaining booking, then you will only be liable for any days that the room is not re-let.

To give extra confidence in these unsure times we have added an extra point to our cancellation terms. 
Should government travel restrictions be put in place such that you cannot visit Willow Bridge B&B, then we will offer to move your booking free of charge

CurtailmentIf you curtail your booking in advance of, or during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can attempt to re-let the room. If we cannot re-let the room, then you will still be liable for the remaining outstanding balance. If we are able to re-let the room for part of your remaining booking, then you will only be liable for any days that the room is not re-let.
Non-ArrivalsShould you fail to arrive and take up your booking without letting us know, you will be liable for the full outstanding balance.
Third Party BookingsIf the person making the booking is different to the person taking up the occupation, the person who makes the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, curtailment or non-arrival fees as well as damage or loss, and appropriate charges will be made.
Travel InsuranceTo cover any costs caused by you having to cancel, curtail or postpone, we recommend you taking out appropriate Travel Insurance.
Non-availability of AccommodationWe would only cancel your booking if your room was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the booking. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
ArrivalYour room will be available to you for check-in between 4pm to 6pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible to let us know if you will be arriving after 6pm. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing rooms or out buying supplies. However, if you do arrive earlier, you are welcome to park in our car park.

Please note that one car parking space per room booked is provided and all vehicles are parked at the owners risk.

The balance amount of your booking is payable on arrival by BACS, card or cash.
DepartureOn the day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room by 10.15 am to allow us time to prepare the room for our next guests. You are welcome to use the car park until mid-day.
During your stayOur aim is to offer all our guests a relaxing stay and we kindly ask guests to respect other guests’ quiet enjoyment and relaxation.Unreasonable behaviour may result in your stay being cancelled and you being asked to leave our home and pay any outstanding costs.

We normally carry out our housekeeping between 10.30 am and 2 pm each day and will require access to your room during this time. If you are not planning on being out during these hours, please let us know.

Accidents happen – please let us know immediately of any damage or spillage so that we can attempt a speedy repair or clean. Spillages are more easily rectified the sooner they are dealt with. Any significant breakage or damage may result in a charge for replacement, repair or specialist cleaning. If the damage means the room cannot be made available in good time for the next arriving guests, you may also be liable for loss of income.

Any item taken from the rooms without our consent will be charged for.

Lost keys will incur a £100 charge.

If you or any member of your party fall ill with a contagious disease, viral infection or symptoms of Covid-19 please inform us immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. Please note that you and party may be asked to leave the premises immediately and we suggest you have adequate insurance to cover the cost of your booking and any others that maybe affected.
LiabilityWe do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
Eating in BedroomsWe respectfully ask that no hot take away food is eaten in your room, however if you wish to eat at the main house in the evening just let us know in advance and we will happily set a table for you in the dining room.
Privacy Policy (GDPR update) - What information we collect about youWhen you make a booking with us, we collect the names of all the guests who will be staying, the home address, email address and telephone number of the person making the booking - ensuring we are following full COVID guidelines.

How we use the information we hold on youWe will use your email address to send you details about deposit payment/reservation and confirmation of the booking once the deposit is received together with any other information you may find useful for your stay.

After your stay you will receive an email from us asking you to complete a review on Trip Advisor or Google which will be shown on those sites and our own website respectively.

We will use your telephone number and email address to contact you about your booking. We will collate telephone numbers and email addresses or home addresses for all guests and this information will be retained for use by the UK Government for NHS Track &Trace purposes as required.
How is your data storedAll of the personal data you supply us, as part of the booking process, is stored securely on our system. We do not keep debit or credit card data.
Guest RegistrationWe are required by law to collect the following information on all our guests.

We do this by asking you to complete a registration form on arrival even if we have requested some of this information before.
For British guests; Name and nationality.
For all other guests; Name, nationality, passport number, address of next destination.

We will keep these forms safely. We are required to keep these registration forms and show them to a police officer if they request to see them.
Access to your informationYou have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of this information, please email us at: enquiries@willowbridgesidmouth.com There is a small admin charge of £10 to provide this information. 
CookiesCookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with government guidance and or other regulations.
