To help keep you safe and minimise risks we have completed a thorough risk assessment which we keep updated regularly and have implemented new procedures which may change in line with the latest government guidance.
“We’re Good To Go” which is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
● Cleanliness and hygiene is our number one priority, with robust cleaning procedures both in all bedrooms, public spaces and in the kitchen. We are a very small team involved in cooking, serving and cleaning at the B&B.
● We will send an email or letter to you prior to your arrival to highlight the changes we have in place at the B&B to keep us all safe.
● Your bedroom will be fully sanitised before your arrival and we will liaise with you to determine the frequency of service.
● Breakfast will be served in the Dining Room. We will ensure that safe social distancing is possible including insisting on the use of masks until you are seated and using screens where possible for all guests. If we are busy we may schedule breakfast times and ask you to pre-order the night before.
●Payments for your stay can be made by BACS or card the day of arrival. We won’t be able to accept cheques or cash unless arrangements have been agreed previously.
